These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites operated by TexoByte, LLC ("TexoByte," "we," "us," or "our"), including texobyte.com and any software products we publish. By accessing our websites or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products
TexoByte develops and operates multiple software products. Each product may have supplemental terms of service that apply when you create an account or subscribe. If there is a conflict between these Terms and product-specific terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

2. Eligibility and family products
You must be able to form a binding contract to use our websites and products. Unless a product's own terms say otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
Products such as Blonella are offered to parents and guardians. They are not directed to children as independent users or customers. If a product allows child profiles or limited child-mode use under a family account, only a parent or legal guardian may create the account, add those profiles, and authorize that use. You represent that you have authority to provide any required parental consent and that information you enter about a child is accurate and provided for lawful family use of the product.
Supplemental product terms and privacy policies control account details, consent, and data practices for each product. If those conflict with these Terms on a product-specific topic, the product terms control for that topic.
3. Use of our websites
You agree to use our websites lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with the operation or security of our services
- Use our websites to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Misrepresent your affiliation with TexoByte
4. Subscriptions and billing
TexoByte does not sell subscriptions on texobyte.com. Paid plans are purchased on each product's website and billed through Stripe. Pricing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by that product's terms:

All content, trademarks, and software on TexoByte websites and products are owned by TexoByte, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission, except as permitted by law or explicit product features.
6. Disclaimers
Our websites and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TexoByte, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our websites or products.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
